Returns
You have 7 working days from the reception of the merchandise to return the products (article 44 of the law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on Retail Trade Management modified by the law 47/2002 of December 19, 2002).
No return will be admitted without prior acceptance by Solvento Servicios S.L. The return of the products will always be prepaid and with its original packaging. The refund of the purchase will be made once the merchandise is in our warehouses and has been verified.
We will not accept returns of products that have been tested or manipulated, contain marks of use or manipulation, are damaged or have been hit.
