TEMPERATURE TRANSMITER PHOENIX MCR-PT100-I-DC

TEMPERATURE TRANSMITER PHOENIX MCR-PT100-I-DC

Description

The MCR-PT100 temperature transducers convert the measured values from the Pt 100 sensor (IEC 751/EN 60751) into electrically standardized analog signals.

The sensor is supplied with a small current from the module. The resulting voltage drop is boosted in the module and converted into a signal that is proportionate to the temperature.

Manufacturer: Phoenix Contact

Item Nº: MCR-PT100-I-DC

OEM Nº: 2810337

Serial Nº: 38161364

SKU: 10227

Technical Specifications: For linearization of the resistance characteristic, the measurement signal is subsequently fed back to the input. The supplied auxiliary power can be electrically isolated as an option.

The shield of the sensor cable can be directly connected to integrated connecting terminal blocks. This creates a capacitive connection to the mounting rail via the integrated functional ground contact and improves the discharging of interferences. A ZERO/SPAN compensation is possible via potentiometers on the front.

The following can be set via DIP switch: Connection system (2, 3, 4-wire sensors). Temperature range. Output signals: 0…20 mA or 4…20 mA for devices with current output. The module you choose is configured in the factory in accordance with the specifications following the order key and is then adjusted ready for operation for the user.
