These Safety Standards form the foundation of our work. They help us move forward, ensure a safe workplace and provide guidance at every step. Safety is not a choice, but a prerequisite. That is why it is important for everyone who works at Iver – from our own employees to colleagues at subcontractors – to know and apply these rules. Together, we keep ourselves and each other safe, with diligence and confidence in what we do.

At Iver, everything revolves around craftsmanship and safety. Every job begins with thorough preparation and a clear risk analysis. Our specialists work according to established procedures and international safety standards, with an eye for each other and the environment. We communicate openly, keep our promises and deliver uncompromising quality. This is how we ensure that people, materials and turbines remain safe, every single day.
We only carry out work for which we are authorised. We are familiar with the documentation, from HSE plans to work orders, and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.
A deal is a deal. This is how we ensure safety and quality at every level.
We check our fall protection equipment, use suitable anchor points and secure tools.
The following applies to work at height: we are always secured.
Working safely at height means thinking ahead, not improvising.
Before entering a confined space, we check everything: atmosphere, energy sources, rescue plan and outside watch.
We never work alone. Entering safely also means exiting safely.
We only work on installations that are completely de-energised. First disconnect, then secure, and only then check.
No voltage, no risk.
We ensure that no one is in the danger zone of moving or falling objects.
Marking risks, cordoning off areas and remaining alert, that is how we protect each other.
Safety does not stop at the turbine. We drive alertly, keep our distance, use our seat belts and only make hands-free calls.
Anyone who drives an Iver bus represents us all.
We always wear the correct PPE and use it correctly. From helmets to harnesses: everything is checked before use.
Safety is also a matter of professionalism and pride.
Before we start, we check that it is safe. If anything changes, we stop and reassess (Stop & Go). And before we leave, we leave the workplace tidy and safe.
We only finish when it is really done.
