Temperature Transmitter MCR-PT100-I-DC 3/4/2
Temperature Transmitter MCR-PT100-I-DC 3/4/2
The MCR-PT100 temperature transducers convert the measured values from the Pt 100 sensor (IEC 751/EN 60751) into electrically standardized analog signals. The sensor is supplied with a small current from the module. The resulting voltage drop is boosted in the module and converted into a signal that is proportionate to the temperature.
For linearization of the resistance characteristic, the measurement signal is subsequently fed back to the input. The supplied auxiliary power can be electrically isolated as an option. The shield of the sensor cable can be directly connected to integrated connecting terminal blocks. This creates a capacitive connection to the mounting rail via the integrated functional ground contact and improves the discharging of interferences. A ZERO/SPAN compensation is possible via potentiometers on the front.
The following can be set via DIP switch: Connection system (2, 3, 4-wire sensors). Temperature range. Output signals: 0…20 mA or 4…20 mA for devices with current output. The module you choose is configured in the factory in accordance with the specifications following the order key and is then adjusted ready for operation for the user.

Dispatch
Support
For you
We supply you another wind turbine spare parts, consumables and tools:
Gearboxes
The gearbox is the element of the wind turbine that multiplies the rotational revolutions of the hub-blade assembly and divides the force of said axis in the same proportion
Generators
It is the part of the wind turbine that converts energy into electricity.
Control Cabinets
Voltage and frequency conversion is carried out from these cabinets to feed the generator rotor.
Main Shaft
Tubular pieces of solid steel with a large diameter, solidly attached to the rotor and which rotate at speeds between 22 and 64 rpm, depending on the wind turbine model and operating conditions.
Transformers
It is a system that adapts to wind turbines to be able to deliver energy to the electrical grid and bring the voltage generated by the wind turbine to a standardized voltage.
Electric components
Elements that allow the electrical connection between all the parts of a wind turbine.
